TERMS OF SERVICE: THE BLUEPRINT

1. THE AGREEMENT

By entering the SOLSHOCK digital site or securing any gear from our collections, you are agreeing to the rhythm of these terms. This is a binding contract between the "Capable Architect" (you) and the SOLSHOCK Forge. If you don’t agree to the blueprints, you are not authorized to use the site or wear the signal.

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We architect gear for the uncontained. However, we reserve the right to refuse service, lock "Modes," or limit quantities to anyone at any time if we feel the integrity of the brand is at risk. We aren't here for the noise; we’re here for the signal.

3. ACCURACY OF THE BLUEPRINT

We strive for 100% precision. However, because screens and lighting vary (from the 4:00 AM warehouse glow to the high-noon Tampa sun), we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device perfectly matches the fabric in your hands. We reserve the right to correct any "drafting errors" in pricing or descriptions without prior notice.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: THE FLAME

The Internal Flame, the Day Mode Sun, and the Gold Seal "S" are the exclusive property of SOLSHOCK. These logos represent fifteen years of project mastery and heavy rhythm. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or "blueprint" our designs for your own commercial use. Don't steal the flame; build your own.

5. USER CONDUCT

We built this for the "Jacksons" of the world—the ones who move mountains. Any attempt to disrupt the site, inject malicious code, or harass the community will result in an immediate "Site Shutdown" for your account. Stay electric, stay respectful.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We use high-voltage partners (like Shopify, Printify, Apliiq  and various 2026 technical apps) to power the Forge. Your use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms. We provide the framework; they provide the machinery.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SOLSHOCK gear is built for the grind, but we are not responsible for any "uncontained" decisions you make while wearing it. We provide the structural integrity; you provide the action. Our liability is limited to the cost of the gear purchased.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Tampa—where the salt air meets the spark.
