We partner with high-voltage carriers (like UPS) to move your gear from the coast to your door. We know the loading docks and the heavy rhythm of the line—so we choose the most efficient routes to get the signal to you.

3. MONITORING THE SIGNAL (TRACKING)

Once your gear leaves the forge, you will receive a Project Dispatch Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your blueprint in real-time as it moves through the network. If the signal goes dark, contact the lead immediately at [Your Email Address].

4. THE SALT AIR CLAUSE (INTERNATIONAL)

Currently, SOLSHOCK is architected for the domestic resilient (USA). If you are looking to bring the "Tampa Spark" across international borders, please contact us for a custom quote. Be advised that local "customs blueprints" (duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the Capable Architect on the receiving end.

5. INCORRECT COORDINATES

Precision is the standard. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing the build. SOLSHOCK is not responsible for gear delivered to the wrong site because of a drafting error in the coordinates. If you catch a mistake, email us before the "Dispatch Signal" is sent, and we’ll adjust the blueprint.
